Partnership Contact

We invite potential partners and sponsors to contact us about use of the Foundation's name and logo in fundraising efforts. These vary from informal charity events, for which the Board requests review of promotional materials, to formal licensing arrangements. Because the needs, intentions, and capacities of potential partners vary, we encourage anyone interested to complete this form, providing basic information as a manner of introduction. We will do our best to acknowledge the contact within a day or two, and to finalize details as quickly as we are able to come to mutual agreement regarding plans and terms.
