The Foundation is honored to receive a check for $4,115 from the Silver Creek Leadership Academy in Longmont, CO, run by Carrie Adams. Joey Fischer, one of the Academy’s students, hosted a two-act benefit concert featuring the a capella group FACE for his capstone project last Spring.

A musician himself, and currently a Viola Performance major at University of Colorado where he accepted a “full-ride”, Joey says, “Music is a huge part of my life, and I wanted to help music programs.” Carrie adds that Joey “is an amazing musician and was very passionate about assisting your organization.” See a recent performance online – and thank Joey in the comments below!
