The Mockingbird Foundation, a music education funder run by Phish fans on an entirely volunteer basis, has opened the first steps in its 17th round of competitive grant applications. Over 1,300 inquiries were submitted during 2012, from which winning Round 16 grants will be announced later this month. Those interested in applying for funding should review the Foundation’s funding guidelines before completing an inquiry form for the next round. Inquiries for Round 17 will remain open until August 1st, 2013.
